Experience in the real estate industry is critical for a developer. Developer’s must know the market well enough to know whether or not a project will be successful. Icon Real Estate Holdings looks to work with developers to relieve some of the workload. Icon Real Estate Holdings will work with architects, engineers, designers, and realtors to help accomplish successful project goals. We look to use our buying power, reputation, and recommendations to help push projects through the development phase, stay in budget, provide a quality product and promote the project.
Leadership Team
Luis Fajardo
Born in Bogota, Colombia, Luis received his bachelor’s degree in business from CESA University, which earned him a job at ING Barings, an investment banking and corporate financing company. Luis then became the owner of Fajardo Corporate Housing, working with distinguished clients such as Nestle, Microsoft, BP, and Hewlett-Packard. In 2006, Luis was the founder and owner and manager of Flamingo Ice, based in Miami, and constructed a factory capable of storing 600 tons of bagged ice and producing up to 18 tons daily. What is more, Luis became the partner and manager of Fajardo Real Estate Development and Investments in 2001, sponsoring and developing an eight-story 105,000 square foot Self Storage building with 1243 Storage units in the West of Wynwood District in Miami, Florida. Finally, Luis teamed up with Ric Arcadi in 2018 and formed Icon Real Estate Holdings.
Ric Arcadi
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Ric earned a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Business from Mercyhurst University. In 1995, Ric became a founding member and principal at North Coast Capital Leasing, providing financing solutions for capital equipment. In 1999, the company went public on the NASDAQ and became part of American Express.
In 2003, Ric established and became the managing partner of Arcadi Investment Group Inc, a commercial real estate development company catering to Fortune 500 tenants. Five years later, Ric launched CapMed+, and Image One Medical Group, LLC specializing in diagnostic imaging real estate, equipment, and service. Finally, in 2018 Ric established Icon Real Estate Holding with Louis Fajardo to cater to healthcare and commercial real estate solutions.

Carmen Arcadi
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Carmen Arcadi began working for Osborne Corporation, a prominent and rapidly growing concrete company, in 1962. In 1980, Carmen became Osborne Corporation’s president, overseeing many of the company’s notable projects. Then in 1982, Carmen began Sunset Enterprise Limited, a commercial real estate and construction group catering to fortune 500 clients. In addition, Sunset Enterprise catered to Diebold Inc as their national provider of facilities in various states throughout the US. Furthermore, Sunset Enterprise acted as a custom contractor for Holiday Inn, constructing numerous facilities in the Midwest. Currently, Carmen is constructing a three-story state-of-the-art medical complex near the Cleveland Clinic Mentor campus.
Augusto Fajardo
Born in Bogota, Colombia, Augusto Fajardo began working in the construction company in the 1970s and became the founding member of Odinsa, the largest engineering company in Colombia. During his time with Odinsa, the company was bought out by Argos company, the largest concrete company in Colombia. Augusto spent twenty years with Odinsa before working for an urban development company in the 1990s responsible for building three of Colombia’s largest highways which are still operable today. With a robust knowledge and experience in construction and development, Augusto founded, a family-owned construction company with much success in building eight prominent, multi-story offices and business complexes.
